The story itself is enough to keep you hooked. There were a couple of instances where duplication of lines occurred; other than that, there wasn't a problem grammar-wise for the translation quality.I can't wait for the volume 3 to come out :). Maki's big bundle of joys. just get the whole series..waiting for vol.4. Pretty great story so far, I feel that it was worth buying this VN after reading through it.. The End of Grisaia. While the first volume of Phantom Trigger felt pretty rough, I held out hope that the series might pick up. Unfortunately, this is where I abandon ship. The characters are no more relatable or even likable than the first volume, and the plot itself is alternately tedious, stupidly silly or completely absurd. The mainline Grisaia series had some of these issues too, but there was a heart and soul to the stories that's completely lacking here. The only thing left is the high production values of the visuals but it's simply not worth your time, especially when you don't even get a complete experience without buying part after part.. Was great to play through, looking forward to Pt.3. Would love to see atleast a cameo or anything from the original cast though, new cast is enjoyable but nothing beats the original cast for me. All in all, still gets dark from time to time and definitely gives me Grisaia vibes.. focuses on Rena's backstory with some action-packed scenes. and the power of friendship
